Eugenia Talent is seeking a customer service specialist fluent in French with good English to join its online credit team in Lisbon. The role focuses on assisting clients across phone, email and online channels, guiding users through the platform and resolving inquiries with a strong customer-first approach.

Qualifications

The Offer

• Assist clients on the telephone, email and other channels in a genuine manner

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in French and intermediary level in English«
• Experience in customer support and working with a CRM is a plus
• Sales background is a plus
• Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management
• Strong in phone calls, email writing and social media
• Salary package with performance bonuses

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (Shift included between 9am and 7pm)
