Fujitsu Portugal is seeking a French bilingual Service Desk Agent to join its Talent Pool and support Lisbon-based users. You will be the first point of contact for IT assistance, diagnose incidents, and guide users through resolution.

The role emphasizes customer focus, security awareness, and collaboration with the team to improve processes, while leveraging ITSM tools and upholding SLAs.

Qualificações

• Experience providing IT service desk support with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues and follow security policies.
• Good verbal and written communication; strong multitasking and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests and incidents.
