Jobgether is seeking a Founding Account Executive based in Portugal to build a scalable sales engine for a fast-growing European software company. The role combines new business development, account growth, and full-cycle sales, with inbound demand and pricing strategy shaped by founders.

You will manage qualified leads, conduct discovery calls and demos, navigate reviews, negotiate terms, and close deals while expanding adoption across modules like scheduling, CRM, and invoicing.

Formación

• 4–8 years of B2B software sales experience.
• Native-level German or German at C2 level with good English.
• Proven full-cycle sales experience from discovery to closing.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up qualified registrations and inbound leads to identify opportunities.
• Convert individual users to team, department, and enterprise customers.
• Manage the complete sales process including demonstrations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Build and document repeatable sales processes and handovers.
