Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Portugal is seeking an Account Executive for the DACH region (Swiss German-speaking) to own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will advise founders and HR leaders on workforce solutions for cross-border hiring in a remote, international team.

Responsibilities include building a robust pipeline, engaging key stakeholders, and navigating complex buying processes with MEDDICC-inspired qualification.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience closing B2B SaaS deals.
• Native-level Swiss German or fluent German/French for respective Swiss markets.
• Strong discovery, qualification, and consultative selling skills.
• Experience using MEDDICC or similar qualification framework.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
• Build a strong pipeline by outbound activities and strategic outreach.
• Engage Swiss founders, HR leaders, and decision-makers to articulate business value.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast sales, and exceed quotas.
