Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Customer Specialist to be a key contact for customers, providing reliable information and solutions with a friendly, professional approach. You will handle inquiries across accounts, products, and services, ensuring a seamless support experience.

You will work with Flemish and English speakers, aiming for high customer satisfaction, and will grow through training, cross-team collaboration, and performance-driven goals in a collaborative office

Qualificações

• Fluent in Flemish (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in CS.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding accounts, products, services, orders, and general requests.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
• Support customers through processes, platforms, and services by providing clear guidance.
• Handle and resolve customer issues while maintaining service quality and satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions taken, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or exceptional cases per procedures.
• Work with internal teams to address issues within required timeframes.
• Achieve defined KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
• Continuously develop knowledge of products, policies, and best practices through training.
