Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist in Lisbon to be the main point of contact for customers across channels. You will provide clear information, solve queries, and ensure a seamless support experience while collaborating with internal teams.

The role requires fluent Flemish and English, strong written and verbal communication, and a proactive attitude. Onsite office with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Flemish (C1/C2) and English (B2) is required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding accounts, products, services, orders, and general requests.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
• Support customers across different processes, platforms, and services with clear guidance.
• Handle and resolve customer issues while maintaining high service quality and satisfaction.
