Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist to join a supportive, customer-focused team. You will be the main point of contact, providing accurate information and effective assistance across channels.

You will handle inquiries about accounts, products, services, and orders, record interactions, and escalate complex issues following procedures. The role offers growth, language bonus potential, and onsite work in a collaborative office.

Qualificações

• Fluent Flemish (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in CS field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Handle customer inquiries related to accounts, products, services, orders, and general requests.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and solution-oriented assistance.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, and services with clear information.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or exceptional cases to appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues within required timeframes.
• Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and response times.
• Stay up to date with products, services, policies, and best practices through training.
