• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding accounts, products, services, orders, and general requests.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Provide clear guidance across processes, platforms, and services.
