Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a Finnish Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our international team in Bulgaria. You will handle Finnish inquiries via phone, email and chat, ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate data records while collaborating across borders.

The role requires native or fluent Finnish and good English, with relocation to Sofia for an on-site position. We offer fully paid training, health insurance, and a relocation package to support your career transition.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport or right to work in the EU (mandatory).
• Professional proficiency in English to engage with our global team.
