Mercier Consultancy Group is actively sourcing a Finnish Speaking Customer Service Agent for an on-site role in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle premium customer support via phone, email and chat in Finnish, collaborate with international colleagues, and contribute to achieving KPIs.

The position includes fully paid relocation, comprehensive health insurance, paid training, and a monthly performance bonus. English proficiency and EU work rights are required, and prior customer-facing experience

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written).
• EU work rights (passport or permit) mandatory.
• Proficiency in English to engage with a global team.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer support.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia for an on-site role in Bulgaria.
• Previous customer-facing experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver premium customer assistance via phone, email, and chat to Finnish-speaking clientele.
