Metacompliance, Europe’s leader in cybersecurity awareness training, is growing its SDR team in Porto. You’ll join a local office with an international team, collaborating with colleagues across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe to sell a market-leading product.

Your role combines research, outbound calling, and consultative conversations with IT leaders and CISOs to book qualified meetings and drive pipeline.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years in a B2B sales environment, ideally SaaS or tech.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to have real conversations.
• Coachable, eager to learn, and a strong team player across cultures.
• Fluent English and Portuguese; Dutch is a plus; other European languages a bonus.
• Experience selling cybersecurity or security awareness is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Research and identify target accounts across UK, Ireland and Europe.
• Pick up the phone; leverage cold calling with coaching and data.
• Conduct consultative conversations with IT leaders, CISOs and decision-makers.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and nurture pipeline.
• Become an expert in our platform and the security awareness market.
• Maintain a clean CRM for the whole team.
