Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking English-speaking customer support specialists to assist customers with questions, orders and account issues. You will handle inquiries by phone, chat and email, resolve issues where possible and pass on anything more complex to the right team.

Shifts run across a seven-day rota from early morning to midnight, and we are hiring for an immediate start. Reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude are valued, with regular feedback and a clear development

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• English level must be C1 or higher.
