Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is hiring English-speaking customer support representatives to join a busy, friendly team. The rota runs 06:00–00:00 across seven days, offering pattern flexibility and an immediate start.

You will answer customer contacts, resolve questions about accounts and services, and ensure every conversation ends with a clear next step. We value professionalism, empathy and well-documented interactions, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• English at C1 level or higher.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Right to work in Portugal (EU citizenship, valid residence permit, or refugee status).
• Availability across the full rota (06:00–00:00 seven days a week).

You will need English at C1 level or higher. No previous experience is needed because we provide full training. The rota runs between 06:00 and midnight across all seven days, and we are hiring for an immediate start. We also value reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude, and every new colleague receives regular feedback and a clear path for development from the first day.
