Job description

We are hiring English speaking customer support representatives in Lisbon to join a busy, friendly team. Whether you prefer early mornings or later evenings, our rota gives you the chance to find a pattern that works, as long as you are available across the full range of hours.

As a representative you will answer customer contacts, resolve questions about accounts and services, and make sure every conversation ends with a clear next step. We value professionalism, empathy and an organised approach to documentation.

You will need English at C1 level or higher. No previous experience is needed because we provide full training. The rota runs between 06:00 and midnight across all seven days, and we are hiring for an immediate start. We also value reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude, and every new colleague receives regular feedback and a clear path for development from the first day.
