No prior experience is required, but you must have English at C1 level or higher. Shifts run across a seven-day rota from early morning to midnight, with an immediate start.

Formación

• English at C1 level or higher.
• Eligibility to work in Portugal (EU citizen, residence card/permit or refugee status).
• Reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work a seven-day rota.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming contacts by phone, chat and email and resolve issues where possible.
• Pass on anything more complex to the appropriate team.
