We are recruiting English speaking customer support specialists in Lisbon to help customers with their questions, orders and account issues. This role suits people who are calm under pressure, enjoy helping others and want a stable team with a clear rota.

You will answer incoming contacts by phone, chat and email, resolve issues where possible and pass on anything more complex to the right team. Our rota covers all seven days, so reliability and flexibility are important.
