Cross Border Talents is hiring an English-speaking Customer Service Representative to support a leading social media platform in Lisbon, Portugal.

In this role, you will assist SMBs across chat, email and phone, helping them grow their advertising on multiple channels. The position requires strong English, a customer-first mindset, and local residency in Lisbon.

You will participate in training programs, receive performance bonuses and work in a vibrant central Lisbon office.

Cross Border Talents is looking for an English speaker to work as a Customer Service Representativefor a leading social media platform in Lisbon, Portugal!

The job

As a Customer Service Representative, your main mission will be to provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels via chat, email and phone. Therefore, you will support and expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain, provide pre and post-sales support and product and tool support to improve clients experience.

• Able to handle sensitive information;
• Fast learned capacity;
• Local in Lisbon.
