Cbtalents is seeking an English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a customer support project in Lisbon, on-site. The role involves helping small and medium-sized businesses via phone, chat and email, addressing questions about products, services, and tools.

Requirements include English at C2 level, strong communication, customer-focus, and the ability to work across channels in a fast-paced environment. Training is paid, with 40-hour weeks and rotating shifts in Lisbon, Portugal.
