Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is looking for a Sales Development Representative to be the first touchpoint with target accounts, researching prospects and initiating conversations by phone, email, and professional networks.

You will build a healthy pipeline for the senior sales team, maintain accurate CRM records, and contribute to regular planning sessions shaping market approaches.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Fluent English at C1 level or higher is required.
• Ambition, curiosity and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in sales are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact with target accounts, researching and identifying decision makers; start conversations by phone, email and professional networks.
• Build a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities for the senior sales team and understand prospect challenges to explain how we can help.
• Keep the pipeline clean and well documented in our CRM; participate in regular planning sessions that shape market approaches.
