Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking Outbound Sales Representative to contact prospects across Europe by phone. You will introduce our products, understand each prospect's situation, and book qualified meetings for our account executives.

You will research the companies you call, prepare short and relevant openings, and follow up consistently until a meeting is confirmed or a clear no is received. Strong listening skills and a confident voice are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1) is required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience, preferably outbound or telephone prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects across Europe to introduce our products.
• Qualify opportunities and book qualified meetings for account executives.
• Research target companies, prepare concise openings, and follow up consistently until meetings are secured or clearly declined.
• Maintain resilient approach to handle rejections and keep conversations productive.
