We are seeking a motivated Sales Developer to generate new business opportunities, engage potential customers, qualify leads, and support the sales pipeline. The role is based in Lisbon, Portugal and requires candidate to be based in Portugal with valid work authorization.

Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, qualifying prospects, building relationships, and managing CRM activities to meet sales KPIs. The position is on-site with a fixed monthly package and potential bonuses.

Qualificações

• English proficiency at C1–C2 level is mandatory.
• Minimum one year of sales experience required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills expected.
• Customer-focused and commercially minded with outbound sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, email, and other channels.
• Qualify prospects and identify business opportunities.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Manage leads and activities in the CRM.
• Meet individual and team sales KPIs.
