About The Role

As a Remote Technical Support Specialist in Lisbon, you will help English-speaking users with software installation, account access and everyday troubleshooting. You will use approved remote desktop tools to see the problem on the customer's own screen, which makes it easier to diagnose and explain what needs to happen. Security is important in this work, so you will always follow our verification steps before taking control of a device and you will never ask for passwords in writing.

Each session should leave the customer with a working solution and a clear understanding of how to avoid the same problem next time. You will record every session in our ticketing system, and you will flag recurring issues to your team lead so that knowledge base articles can be updated.

Requirements

• fluent English at C1 level or higher, which is the minimum for this role.
• Basic IT knowledge is required, and patience and clear communication are essential.
• Shifts are shift-based and full-time.
