Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an English-speaking Outbound Sales Representative in Porto to reach out to European prospects, present services, and book qualified appointments. You will research each company and contact before calls, opening conversations to earn attention and uncover needs.

Your goal is to move opportunities forward by arranging meetings with the appropriate colleague and tracking activity in the CRM, reviewing weekly results with your manager.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1+ level or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience.
• Experience in outbound prospecting, appointment setting or business development preferred.
• Resilient, self-motivated and comfortable with high volume of calls.
• Daytime shifts required.

Responsibilities

You will prepare for each call by researching the company and the person you are contacting, then open the conversation in a way that earns attention.

Your goal is to uncover the prospect's needs and arrange a meeting with the right colleague, so every call should move the opportunity forward or close it cleanly. You will track all activity in our CRM and review your numbers each week with your manager.

Requirements
