Job summary

A growing Lisbon company is looking for an English speaking sales representative to reach out to business customers and develop new opportunities. You will work with a clear script and a supportive team, while still having room to show your own style and judgement.

Your work will include cold and warm outbound calls, qualifying leads, booking meetings for senior colleagues and keeping accurate records of every conversation.

Qualifications

• English at C1 level or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B or outbound experience.
• Right to work in Portugal (EU citizenship, valid residence permit, or refugee status).

Your work will include cold and warm outbound calls, qualifying leads, booking meetings for senior colleagues and keeping accurate records of every conversation. You will be measured on activity and results, with weekly reviews to help you progress.

The ideal candidate has English at C1 level or higher and a minimum of one year of business to business or outbound experience. Shifts rotate and total 40 hours a week, with a start date of 2 November 2026. We also value reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude, and every new colleague receives regular feedback and a clear path for development from the first day.

Candidates must have the right to work in Portugal, such as European Union citizenship, a valid residence card or permit, or refugee status.
