Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks an English-speaking Outbound Sales Representative to join our Covilhã team. You will call prospects, present offers, and arrange meetings for the sales team, researching the company and contact beforehand to open conversations that capture attention.

You'll track opportunities in our CRM, review activity weekly with your manager, and pursue a disciplined daily target to grow pipeline and close deals.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• At least 1 year of professional sales experience.
• Experience in outbound calling or business development preferred.
• Willing to work daytime shifts.

Responsibilities

• Understand prospect needs and secure a meeting with the right sales contact.
• Make outbound calls to qualify leads and set appointments.
• Maintain and update CRM with activity and outcomes.
• Review weekly results with manager to refine approach.

Requirements
