Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an English-speaking Outbound Sales Representative in Porto to reach out to European prospects, present services, and book qualified appointments. You will research each company and contact before calls, opening conversations to earn attention and uncover needs.

Your goal is to move opportunities forward by arranging meetings with the appropriate colleague and tracking activity in the CRM, reviewing weekly results with your manager.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1+ level or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience.
• Experience in outbound prospecting, appointment setting or business development preferred.
• Resilient, self-motivated and comfortable with high volume of calls.
• Daytime shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospects across Europe and present services.
• Book qualified appointments with the right colleagues.
• Research each company and contact prior to calls and open conversations effectively.
• Track all activity in CRM and review numbers weekly with manager.
