Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an English-speaking support agent to assist subscribers of a leading technology company's premium service. You will help users manage subscriptions, explore exclusive features and AI tools, and troubleshoot issues to ensure a top-tier experience.

The on-site, 40-hour work week runs on rotating day shifts between 07:00 and 22:00. It is a fixed-term 12-month contract with potential to become permanent after two years, plus a paid training period

Qualifications

• English fluency with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling subscriptions, billing and account management.

Responsibilities

• Assist subscribers with subscription options and account management.
• Help users with renewals, billing and plan tiers.
• Make targeted outbound calls to resolve inquiries and personalize support.
• Educate users on exclusive features and AI capabilities.
• Monitor user feedback to identify trends and minimize disruptions.
