Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon recruits an English-speaking Customer Support agent for an onsite role. You will help customers manage subscriptions, explore premium features, and resolve technical issues, supporting a premium digital service.

The position is full-time with day shifts from 07:00 to 22:00, 40 hours per week. Training is provided, and the team operates in an international, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• English level C1 required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Help users with subscription options: sign-ups, renewals, billing and plan tiers.
• Guide users through premium features and integrated AI tools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues for customers.
• Make targeted outbound calls to resolve inquiries quickly.
• Spot recurring issues from user feedback to reduce service disruptions.
