Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking customer support specialist to assist subscribers of a premium digital service onsite. You will help with subscriptions, registrations, renewals, billing questions, and guide users through premium features and AI capabilities.

Additionally, you will troubleshoot technical issues and make targeted outbound follow-up calls. You will observe user feedback to identify recurring problems and contribute to service improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist English-speaking subscribers with plan options, registration, renewals, billing and account management.
• Guide customers through premium platform features and integrated AI capabilities.
• Troubleshoot technical questions and provide clear, helpful resolutions.
• Make targeted outbound calls to follow up on and resolve subscriber enquiries.
• Observe user feedback, identify recurring problems and support service improvements.
