Job summary

Cloudheight Solutions in Lisbon is seeking English-speaking customer support professionals for a global tech company’s premium subscription service. You will assist subscribers with sign-ups, renewals, billing, and plan changes, while guiding them through product features and AI tools.

You will also troubleshoot across apps and tools and provide proactive feedback to improve the service. The role offers a base monthly salary of €938, with a meal allowance, health coverage after signature, 22

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and a customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Valid NIF and Social Security number required for insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support subscribers by phone, email and chat: sign-ups, renewals, billing and plan changes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across apps and AI tools.
• Make outbound calls to resolve inquiries faster.
• Explain features to help customers get the most from the service.
• Flag recurring issues and user feedback to improve the service.
