Job summary

Cloudheight Solutions in Lisbon is seeking English-speaking customer support professionals for a global tech company’s premium subscription service. You will assist subscribers with sign-ups, renewals, billing, and plan changes, while guiding them through product features and AI tools.

You will also troubleshoot across apps and tools and provide proactive feedback to improve the service. The role offers a base monthly salary of €938, with a meal allowance, health coverage after signature, 22

We’re looking for English speakers to join a customer support team for a global tech company’s premium subscription service. You’ll help users with their subscriptions, guide them through the product’s features and AI tools, and solve technical issues.

What You’ll Do

• Support subscribers by phone, email and chat: sign-ups, renewals, billing and plan changes
• Troubleshoot technical issues across the company’s apps and AI tools
• Make targeted outbound calls to resolve inquiries faster
• Explain exclusive features so customers get the most out of the service
• Flag recurring issues and user feedback to help improve the service

What We Offer

• Base salary: €938/month, plus holiday and Christmas allowances (paid monthly)
• Meal allowance: €7/day on a prepaid card
• Monthly performance bonus: up to €300
• Estimated gross total: around €1,238/month (based on 22 working days)
• Private health and dental insurance after contract signature
• 22 days of holiday
• Paid training: 10 working days, full-time, with a daily allowance
• 12-month contract, permanent after 2 years

Schedule

• 40 hours/week, 8h/day plus 1h lunch break
• Day shift between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday (rotating)

Location

Lisbon, with good access by metro, train and bus.
