Job summary

Cloudheight Solutions in Lisbon is seeking fluent English-speaking customer support agents for a global tech company’s premium subscription service. You will assist with sign-ups, renewals, billing and product features, and guide users through the product’s AI tools.

You will troubleshoot technical issues, make outbound calls, explain exclusive features, and relay user feedback to help improve the service. The role is full-time in Lisbon, with a 40-hour week and rotating day shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Good communication and a customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Assist subscribers by phone, email and chat: sign-ups, renewals, billing and plan changes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across apps and AI tools.
• Make targeted outbound calls to resolve inquiries faster.
• Explain exclusive features to maximise service use.
• Flag recurring issues and user feedback for service improvements.
