When escalation is necessary, you will provide a clear summary to the right team and maintain detailed CRM notes. A path to team lead roles is offered for high performers, with onboarding paid and meal vouchers included.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• Strong written English with good spelling and grammar.
• Fast, accurate typing speed.
• Ability to handle several conversations at once.

Responsibilities

• Read customer messages and respond in a warm, professional tone.
• Resolve inquiries via chat and email where possible.
• Escalate complex cases with a clear summary to the appropriate team.
• Maintain detailed notes in the CRM and contribute to a shared reply library.
