Job summary

Cross Border Talents is recruiting English-speaking Customer Support Advisors in Covilhã to assist international customers by phone and chat, handling billing questions and account enquiries while resolving most issues on the first contact.

You will listen to identify underlying problems, confirm details with customers, and explain solutions clearly. CRM updates keep the team aligned and service levels high. Rotating shifts and a paid training program are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• Customer service experience is welcome but not essential; training provided.
• Rotating shifts apply.
• Patient, organized and comfortable working with targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist international customers by phone and chat.
• Handle billing questions, account enquiries and general service requests.
• Record interactions accurately in CRM to keep the team aligned.
