Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking English-speaking Customer Care Specialists in Lisbon to respond to written enquiries via chat and email. You will reply in a warm, professional tone and resolve as much as possible in a single reply.

When cases are too complex, you will escalate with a clear summary and maintain detailed notes in our CRM. You will contribute to a shared library of replies used by the team.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• Strong written English with good spelling and grammar.
• Able to handle several conversations at once.
• Shifts include weekends.

About the role

We are recruiting English-speaking Customer Care Specialists in Lisbon to answer written enquiries across chat and email. Customers reach us when they need help with orders, accounts, billing questions or technical issues, and your written replies often make the difference between a satisfied customer and a lost one. You will read each message carefully, respond with a warm and professional tone, and resolve as much as possible in a single reply.

When a case is too complex for you to close, you will escal it to the right team with a clear summary so the customer does not have to repeat themselves. You will also keep detailed notes in our CRM and help maintain a shared library of replies that the whole team uses.

Requirements

• fluent English at C1 level or higher, which is the minimum for this role.
• Strong written English, good spelling and grammar, and a fast, accurate typing speed are essential.
• You should be able to handle several conversations at once without losing quality.
• Shifts are shift-based and include weekends.
