Cbtalents is seeking English-speaking Customer Support Representatives in Lisbon, Portugal, to join an international project. This full-time role is on-site with rotating shifts, offering a strong starting point for fresh graduates to gain valuable BPO experience and build professional English communication skills.

You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate guidance to ensure a high-quality experience.

Qualificações

• Able to work full-time with rotating shifts
