Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team. You will support SMB clients via chat, email and phone, providing pre- and post-sales assistance and helping clients use advertising tools effectively.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English (C1), team players, quick learners, and comfortable with digital tools. The role requires relocation to Lisbon and offers a 12-month contract with potential permanency after two years.

Qualifications

• Exceptional spoken and written English (C1 minimum).
• Empathetic, helpful and a strong team player.
• Fast learner, comfortable with digital tools.
• Previous customer support, sales or BPO experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Support SMB clients via chat, email and phone
• Provide pre- and post-sales support
• Assist clients with products and tools to improve their experience
• Help expand the self-serve advertising client base
• Handle sensitive information and de-escalate situations when needed
