Cross Border Talents is seeking an English-speaking Customer Service Representative to support a leading social media platform in Lisbon, Portugal. You will assist SMB clients across multiple channels—chat, email and phone—driving self-serve advertising growth and providing pre- and post-sales assistance to enhance the customer experience.

Ideal candidates have exceptional English, strong empathy, and the ability to de-escalate when needed.
