Docker, Inc. is seeking a Staff Solutions Architect to lead technical engagements with our most important customers.

You will drive customer-driven design, partner with account executives and product teams, and influence both pre- and post-sales motions across container and AI initiatives. You will act as a trusted technical lead, delivering high-impact enablement content and scalable solutions while traveling up to 50% internationally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing customer relationships at the technical and business level.
• Experience presenting solutions and demonstrations to audiences, virtually and in person.
• Experience interfacing with internal product/software teams to enhance enablement and product features.
• Experience developing application code, and understanding developers’ daily challenges.
• Ability to translate customer experience into actionable feedback for engineering.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-priority customer technical engagements and guide Docker field teams.
• Coordinate with sales, post-sales, and product teams to meet customer goals.
• Create and manage engagement plans spanning existing products and new Docker offerings.
• Deliver customer-ready demos and content aligned to use cases.
• Provide technical enablement content for customers and sales teams.
