HumanIT Digital Consulting is seeking a Technical Solution Manager to lead agile delivery across globally distributed squads. This senior role reports to the CTO and requires deep SDLC knowledge, architectural awareness, and strong stakeholder management.

You will guide multi-team programs from requirements through release, coaching squad leads, removing bottlenecks, and ensuring alignment with business goals while working fully remote within Europe.

Qualificações

• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle from planning to production.
• Strong ability to coordinate multi-team workstreams across distributed geographies.
• Proven experience delivering in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, scaled Agile).
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management, balancing business needs with technical constraints.
