Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to collaborate with enterprise customers, AEs, and product teams. You will design scalable AI-enabled solutions, perform technical discovery, and deliver compelling demonstrations while building reusable resources for future engagements.

You will travel to customer sites, influence product capabilities, and help standardize technical delivery across a growing enterprise base in a fast-paced AI-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with customers on technical challenges.
• Strong technical foundation to understand customer environments and architect integrations.
• Proficiency in Python and solid understanding of APIs and integration patterns.
• Ability to translate customer needs into standardized, scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel regularly for onsite engagements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to address customer needs with technical solutions.
• Work with technical stakeholders to understand challenges and architect effective solutions.
• Design and deliver technical demonstrations showcasing product capabilities and value.
• Develop enablement materials and best practices for the sales team.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customer adoption.
• Identify recurring integration patterns to standardize or productize.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn needs into scalable capabilities.
• Help establish internal processes for delivering solutions across enterprise customers.
• Travel regularly to customer sites to support engagements.
