Accountabilities

• Provide pre-sales technical solutions to customers, supporting deal closure and client success
• Design and architect secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant technical solutions for enterprise clients and partners
• Collaborate with internal teams (product development, infrastructure, compliance) to configure and implement customer solutions
• Manage technical relationships with partners and third-party integrators
• Engage with customer executives (CTO, CIO) and IT teams to align strategy and implementation
• Provide timely feedback to product teams to ensure solution efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Proven experience in management and technical solution delivery for financial institutions or enterprise clients
