Job summary

OutSystems in Moscavide, Portugal seeks a Sr. Renewals Specialist to manage renewals, forecast territory, and negotiate to maximize contract value while protecting customer trust.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Pricing, Legal, and Product teams to craft renewal strategies, maintain CRM data quality, and identify renewal risks.

The role requires 2-5 years in account management or sales in Tech/SaaS, fluency in English and Portuguese, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of account management, customer success, or sales experience.
• 2-5 years within Technology/SaaS industry highly preferred.
• Effective customer-facing communication skills and enthusiasm for working with customers.
• Proven ability to engage across Customer Success, Product Management and Sales.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of renewals and secure on-time processing.
• Maintain/update rolling forecast and communicate renewal risk to internal resources.
• Own and execute win/win negotiation strategies to maximise contract value.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations and Product Management.
• Follow CRM hygiene, data quality, quotes, and forecasting best practices.
• Leverage customer data to assess renewal health.
