Job summary

OutSystems is seeking a Senior Renewal Specialist to own a portfolio of renewal contracts and drive maximum financial results. You will engage with customers, negotiate favorable terms, and collaborate with Success, Pricing, Legal, and Product teams to plan for renewal cycles.

The role requires 2-5 years in account management or SaaS sales, with fluency in English and Portuguese. You will operate in a global, agentic environment with strong growth opportunity and a focus on customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of account management, customer success, or sales experience.
• 2-5 years' experience within the Technology/SaaS industry highly preferred.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to secure and process renewals on time.
• Maintain/update rolling forecast for your territory and signal renewal risks.
• Lead win/win negotiations to maximize contract value while preserving trust.
• Identify incremental opportunities at contract renewal in collaboration with the account team.
