Job summary

Ev-Renting.Com in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads and support the sales team in a fast-growing electric mobility company.

You will identify and qualify prospects via cold calls, emails and social networks, maintain CRM records (HubSpot), and schedule meetings while aiming to exceed sales targets in a collaborative international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience.
• University education, preferably in Business Administration.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers using prospecting tactics (cold calls, emails, social networks).
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns by contacting them via calls and emails and introducing the company.
• Follow up with leads to determine interest and needs.
• Maintain an up-to-date record of sales activities and results in our CRM system (HubSpot).
• Work with the sales team to identify opportunities and improve the sales process.
• Create long-term relationships of trust with potential customers.
• Proactively search for new business opportunities in the market.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified potential customers.
• Report sales results to the Customer Experience Manager.
• Participate in international sales meetings and training.
