Blueview Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist for an E-Commerce project in Lisbon. You will be the main contact for online shoppers, addressing questions about products, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and account-related requests throughout the buying journey.

You will provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, document interactions, escalate when needed, and work toward KPIs while staying up to date on products and promotions.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in CS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, online orders, order modifications, cancellations, and account-related requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, prices, promotions, payment methods, delivery options, and return policies.
• Support customers with order tracking, delivery issues, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, practical solutions; document interactions in internal systems; escalate as needed.
