BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist for an E‑Commerce project in Portugal. You will be the primary contact for customers, answering product and order questions, and resolving payment, delivery, returns and refunds to ensure timely, professional support.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, live chat and other channels, document interactions, and coordinate with logistics and other teams to resolve issues.

Qualificações

• 0–1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in Spanish (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, returns, refunds, and account-related requests.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, promotions, shipping options, marketplace policies, and available services.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Investigate order-related issues and provide practical, solution-focused assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions taken, and case resolutions within internal systems.
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or high-priority cases to the appropriate teams in accordance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments, logistics partners, and other relevant teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
• Meet established performance targets related to quality, productivity, response times, and customer satisfaction.
