- Assist users with product-related questions and issues
- Troubleshoot technical issues by identifying root causes and providing step-by-step solutions
- Guide users through configurations, installations, updates and basic troubleshooting
- Gather information to diagnose and resolve issues
- Explain technical solutions clearly to users of varying technical levels
- Document issues, steps and resolutions in internal systems
- Escalate complex issues to senior specialists when needed
