Cross Border Talents is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Lisbon to assist customers with product and platform questions through phone, email, and chat. You will identify problems, provide clear steps, and ensure fast, professional resolutions in a fast-paced digital environment.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2), with strong analytical and communication skills, and EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, friendly technical support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist users with product, software, applications, devices, platforms, and services questions.
• Troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes and offering step-by-step solutions.
• Guide users through configurations, installations, updates and basic troubleshooting steps.
• Document issues, steps taken and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate specialist or technical team when needed.
