Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Technical Customer Specialist to be the primary contact for customers with technical questions or issues. You will troubleshoot, handle configurations, and provide professional product support to ensure clear, efficient service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and ongoing product knowledge, with opportunities for relocation support and health benefits.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Experience in CS or Tech CS is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical mindset, and client-support ability.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional technical support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with technical questions, product functionality, account access, configurations and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose technical issues by identifying root causes and providing clear, step-by-step solutions.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting processes with clear explanations.
• Resolve technical concerns efficiently while upholding high customer satisfaction standards.
• Document customer interactions, issues, steps, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed.
• Collaborate with internal technical and support teams for timely resolutions.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines during all interactions.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve products and processes.
• Stay updated with product features and troubleshooting through training.
